The beginning phase of Rapid Resupply Number 4 has been a success. The test tube children were born on schedule after a normal and trouble free gestation period. This is the first Rapid Resupply to produce viable offspring. Time will tell if the rest of the program works as planned. End.

Rapid Resupply 4 is now entering the crucial phase. Out of our initial batch of 25 children, only 5 have progressed at the accelerated rate. 10 developed abnormalities and were terminated peacefully before things could progress. 10 more matured at standard rates and were placed in appropriate creche’s to mature as standard Kaalakiota Citizens.

These 5 have been determined to be capsule compliant and are being sent to the State War Academy. Their progression will be monitored while they are still in the accelerated development phase.
